We want to form a strong partnership with families to ensure the best possible experience for your child. Our teachers provide daily communication and seek to understand the needs of each child in our center.
Owner | Director
As owner and director of Kinder Kollege Learning Center, Brandy is dedicated to the education and well-being of all students in our care. She is a Louisiana Certified Teacher and a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She has experience as an educator, having taught for four years in a local elementary school. Brandy has attended Louisiana Computer Using Educators (LACUE) conferences in both Baton Rouge and New Orleans, LA. She understands that the ever-changing world of technology is important to the education of the students she serves. Brandy is a Neuhaus Certified Educator. The Neuhaus foundation is dedicated to "the prevention of reading failure and provides teachers professional development in research-based methods of literacy instructions". With 15 years of experience in the child care field, Tara’s love for children only grows stronger each day. She is responsible for the planning and programming, staffing, parental concerns and overall supervision of children enrolled. Knowing firsthand the parental concerns of each parent, being a parent herself, she strives to fulfill the wishes and goals each parent has for their child. Being a woman of great faith in God, she strives to share Christ with the children of Kinder Kollege. Her goal is to maintain a Christian environment built on faith and biblical teachings.
Sophia has worked in childcare for 14 years, with 7 years experience in adult care. She loves to spoil her "babies" that she has the privilege to care for. She prides herself on being a hard worker. Due to her strong Christian faith and willingness to try anything, Sophia is a fabulous teacher. She tries to make learning fun by keeping her students' minds open and engaged as much as possible as well as teach them to know and love God. Sophia is married to her wonderful husband Calvin and they have 1 son, Dylan, who attends LSUA with hopes of transferring to LSUS for medical. Sophia's main goals are for her students to feel successful and to love learning. She strives to always do her best to accomplish these goals and to teach and love her students with her whole heart.
